About Me

Sarahfleming1 Hello! My name is Sarah Fleming, and I'm a paper addict living in central Texas. I'm an independent demonstrator for Stampin' Up! and love to teach others how to make lovely paper projects. I always have ink-stained fingers (I'm okay with that). I also knit. If you're in the USA, I'd love to be your demonstrator!

A Non-Traditional Christmas Card

Christmas card using non-traditional colors and paper piecing - Stampin' Up! - Sarah Fleming - Prepare to Dye

Hi, everyone! I have a busy day today, so I’m just posting quickly. This card is for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge and the Dynamic Duos color challenge — I’m in Christmas mode right now, so even using So Saffron and Calypso Coral, I couldn’t resist a Christmas card. I’d like it noted for the record that I managed to make a card with NO Dimensionals. :) I hope you have a great day! And I hope I survive our playgroup combined birthday party today! ;-)

Supplies used:
Paper: So Saffron, Whisper White, and Basic Gray cardstock; Subtles Backgrounds Designer Series Paper Stack; Silver Foil Sheets
Ink: Calypso Coral
Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes
Tools/Accessories: Big Shot, Stripes Embossing Folder, Merry Minis Punch Pack, Stampin’ Trimmer
Embellishments/Adhesives: Rhinestone Basic Jewels

Stampin’ Up! has specials every Thursday now, and today’s specials are all punches! The Artisan Label, Bitty Butterfly, Hexagon, Mosaic, and Pansy punches are all on sale for 25% off ($11.96)! Get yours in my Stampin’ Up! store.

You can sign up for my October Stamp-of-the-Month Club through Monday, 10/21. This month’s stamp set is Truly Grateful.

Teeny Tiny Wishes

Love this card in these colors! Great contemporary look, and the silver foil makes it even better! Your comment about the dimensionals made me laugh… I can relate! Thanks for sharing with us at Freshly Made Sketches!
