Good morning, friends! I hope you’re having a great day! We had a blah kind of long weekend — baby’s nose started running like a faucet just as he was starting to get better, and he started drooling buckets and pulling at his ears. No teeth to show for it yet, but fingers are crossed all over the house that he will get some relief and some sleep soon. The three worst things about parenting (so far and in my opinion) are getting kids to eat, getting kids to sleep, and teething.
Anyway. It’s time for the January Stamp-of-the-Month Club! If you are looking to build your stamp collection, this is a great way to do it! This is an online club. You will receive one clear-mount stamp set and 3 completed cards and/or projects, designed by me. There will usually be one Christmas card each month (but not this month), all year long, to help you build your stash throughout the year. Along with your stamps and completed projects, you will also receive an in-depth, full-color tutorial on how to duplicate the projects and a list of supplies (including measurements) used in each project.
Here are the details:
- The cost is $30, which includes shipping.
- You may opt in or out each month. However, if you participate in the club for 3 consecutive months, your 4th month is only $25.
- Each month, I will select one clear stamp set from a current Stampin’ Up! catalog or promotion priced between $14.95 and $18.95 (you will need a clear block to mount your stamps). If you don’t want the stamp set I select in any given month (or already own it), you can substitute a different set within the specified price range by letting me know in your email. You will, however, receive the cards that the other club members receive.
- The club is open to anyone in the U.S., and you can join at any time.
This month’s set is Starburst Sayings from the Occasions Catalog. It has several sentiments with a trendy retro feel. You will receive the following three cards with your package this month:
This month’s techniques are gatefold card, dry embossing, sanding, die cutting, faux stitching, finished inside of card, heat embossing, CAS (clean and simple) card, and using the Stamp-a-ma-jig.
The deadline to subscribe and submit payment for January is Monday, January 27th. Reply to this post or email me to sign up, and I will contact you with details and for payment.
I hope you’ll join me in some stamping fun this month!
