Hey there! If you caught my Facebook Live video on Monday, you saw me make this card. I had just seen this sketch at the Global Design Project, and it really went well with the size of my sentiment and the beautiful flowers made from the new cardstock Lace Doilies.
This card is also a CASE of my card from yesterday that I made for Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlight. Lots of inspiration for this card. I used the same stamp set for this card, though a different stamp, and I made flowers from the doilies as I did in the other card.
I decided to use Mint Macaron, because I’m basically using it on everything until it retires at the end of May. I also used Wisteria Wonder, my least favorite Stampin’ Up! color (sorry, but everyone has a least favorite). And I used Tip Top Taupe, another retiring In Color; I rarely use this color, though I do like it. I just generally reach for Crumb Cake or Sahara Sand if I want a brown neutral.
Here’s the inside of the card. Check out the video below, and please Like my Facebook page (and turn on Notifications if you’d like to be notified when I’m live).
