About Me

Sarahfleming1 Hello! My name is Sarah Fleming, and I'm a paper addict living in central Texas. I'm an independent demonstrator for Stampin' Up! and love to teach others how to make lovely paper projects. I always have ink-stained fingers (I'm okay with that). I also knit. If you're in the USA, I'd love to be your demonstrator!

Welcome Little Blueberry

FB_IMG_1488872724561Hi! Welcome to Kylie Bertucci’s International Highlights Top Ten Winners Blog Hop! The winners from April’s baby-themed Blog Highlights are hopping with Kylie today, and I’m honored to be in the winners’ blog hop again with so many talented crafters! Thank you so much to those who voted for me!!

Stampin' Up! Animal Outing (coming soon), Love What You Do, Flourish Thinlits, Bouquet Bunch framelits, Stampin' Blends alcohol markers - Kylie's International Blog Highlights Top 10 Winners Blog Hop - Sarah Fleming - Prepare to Dye Papercrafts

Our theme for the blog hop is once again Babies, so I pulled out this adorable little stamp set that I received at OnStage in April called Animal Outing. It’s an absolutely adorable stamp set, and I can’t wait to get the matching framelits. Here I’ve stamped the kangaroo and koala in Soft Suede (because I cannot find my Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad) and colored it with Light and Dark Crumb Cake, Light Smoky Slate, and the Color Lifter Blends. These will be back in stock this month, and they’re worth the wait! I cut out the animals with a Stitched Shapes framelit and surrounded that with a Layering Squares framelit piece cut out of Crumb Cake cardstock.

Behind the animals, I have stamped some branches from the Love What You Do stamp set (available NOW in 3 different bundles!!) on the Blueberry Bushel cardstock (new In Color, ink can be purchased now, and cardstock will be available June 1). This is one of my favorite blues we’ve ever had! The photo isn’t quite true to color — it’s a little less purple-ish in person. A really nice clean blue. The leaves are cut out of Crumb Cake, Call Me Clover (available June 1), and Vellum cardstock.

I stamped the sentiment in Blueberry Bushel and Call Me Clover and punched them out with the Classic Label punch. I added some accessories, and I was done!

Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure to go to the next blog in the hop and hop all the way around the world with us and get lots of inspiration. Right now you’re at Sarah Fleming’s blog.

Some things I used on my card can be found in my online Stampin’ Up! store, and the rest will be available June 2nd. Make sure to use the May Host Code (below) if your order is below $150, and I’ll send you extra goodies! If your order is over $150, make sure to claim your Stampin’ Rewards when you check out, and you’ll still get my free gift!
