About Me

Sarahfleming1 Hello! My name is Sarah Fleming, and I'm a paper addict living in central Texas. I'm an independent demonstrator for Stampin' Up! and love to teach others how to make lovely paper projects. I always have ink-stained fingers (I'm okay with that). I also knit. If you're in the USA, I'd love to be your demonstrator!

Icy Friend

Hello! Thanks for stopping by my blog today. We are being highlighted by the wonderful Kylie Bertucci, and you can VOTE for my card. The top ten winners will get to be part of an international blog hop in July, so please do go vote for me. I’d love to be in the top 10 blog hop again next month!

This month our theme is Friendship.

Stampin' Up! Love What You Do stamp set with Share What You Love paper, Stampin' Blends, Metallic Brads, Everyday Label Punch

My card is actually one of my Display Stamper cards from OnStage in April. I really loved having the Share What You Love paper and Love What You Do stamp set in my box of goodies! For this card, I used a Basic Black card base, then a Rich Razzleberry skinny mat. Then I added this gorgeous piece of Share What You Love paper.

My focal point uses the Black Ice technique and the Love What You Do stamps. After I made the black ice panel, I decided to color on top of the embossing with Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight, and Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends. (Note: The previous colors of Blends are now available!! And the new colors that are in the new catalog will be available within the next week or so!) The sentiment is punched out with the Everyday Label Punch, and I finished off the card with the new Metallic Brads and the Silver Mini Sequin Trim.

Thanks for visiting my blog today; I hope you like my card and that it brightened up your day! Make sure you head over to Kylie’s blog to vote for my card and check out the other amazing projects in the gallery. I would love to be chosen to do the next international blog hop!

Everything I used on my card can be found in my online Stampin’ Up! store. Make sure to use the June Host Code (below) if your order is below $150, and I’ll send you extra goodies! If your order is over $150, don’t use the Host Code — make sure to claim your Stampin’ Rewards when you check out, and you’ll still get my free gift!
