Good morning! I hope you’re having a fantastic weekend. We’re watching a lot of curling, playing a lot of Pandemic (Valentine’s Day present from my sweetie), and practicing a lot of baseball/softball.
This afternoon, I finally got into my craft room for the first time since Monday, and I needed to make something but just wasn’t feeling it. So I went to Global Design Project and was inspired by their colors to make a cheery card.
I went to the Annual Catalog for this card. I’ve hardly used this Home Life bundle, but I think it’s way underrated. The house is a triple-stamped image that starts with the Daffodil Delight stamp, then the Dapper Denim leaves, then fills in the teeny spaces with the Melon Mambo flowers. A die cuts out the house outline, and I cut out the stamped one and also a Dapper Denim one to give a little extra dimension to the house. Before I glued down the house, I also added a strip of paper from the Tutti Frutti DSP from the Occasions Catalog.
I had forgotten about the other cute dies that come with this bundle. After I stamped the sentiment and banner and popped it up on Dimensionals, I die cut the little tulips and leaves for little accents behind the banner. Finally I finished off the card with some Glitter Enamel Dots.

Hi! Welcome to Kylie Bertucci’s International Highlights Top Ten Winners Blog Hop! The winners from December’s flower-themed Blog Highlights are hopping with Kylie today, and I’m honored to be in the winners’ blog hop again with so many talented crafters! Thank you so much to those who voted for me. Y’all are the best.
Our theme for the Blog Hop is the same as what got us here — flowers. I even used the same suite of products, the Sweet Soiree suite. I just adore this floral cake and all the parts that come with it.
The background paper is actually a card from the Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack. Y’all, this is one of my favorite card packs we’ve ever had. Ever. It’s beautiful. This is a FREE Sale-A-Bration item that you can get with a $50 order, and it has become one of my very favorite Sale-A-Bration freebies.
I actually didn’t use the stamp set from the suite (Cake Soiree) on this card. I made the cake stand out of Silver Foil sheets using one of the Sweet Cake framelits. The cake itself is not stamped at all. That is from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit. It comes already colored and embossed. I added some Shimmery White Embossing Paste to the cake using a Palette Knife and the Sweet Soiree Decorative Masks. Then I added the bunch of flowers, which is also from the Embellishment Kit.
The white frame is a piece of Whisper White cardstock, and the tiny silver stripes on the bottom are washi tape that comes in the Embellishment Kit. The sentiment is from Beautiful Bouquet.
Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure to go to the next blog in the hop and hop all the way around the world with us and get lots of inspiration. Right now you’re at Sarah Fleming’s blog.

Here are the projects we made in my Stampin’ Blends Marker Club in December. The stamp set for the club last month was Birthday Delivery, and the Blends included were the Night of Navy (Light and Dark), Pumpkin Pie (Light and Dark), and Ivory Stampin’ Blends. December also included a package of White Perfect Accents. The club also includes all the supplies for the three projects.
I am not including instructions or a tutorial for these projects, as the tutorials are exclusive to my Blends Club, but the supply list is below, with links to my online store.

Good morning! Sara Levin has asked me to be a guest designer on the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop today, and of course I’m delighted to be asked! So thanks for stopping by my blog today. Make sure to hop all the way through the hop so you can find lots of inspiring projects using the new Embossing Paste. It is no secret that I’m in LOVE with this stuff, so I was happy to hear that this is what we are featuring on the hop today!
My first card uses the diamond pattern from the Pattern Party Decorative Masks and the Embossing Paste colored with Bermuda Bay re-inker. I love that you can turn this paste any color as long as you have the reinker! And that gorgeous flowery house is from the Home Life bundle. The house is done with three stamps, in Pool Party, Lemon-Lime Twist, and Powder Pink. The matching framelits cut the house out perfectly.
And the embossed pattern behind the house kind of reminds me of a garden trellis. The banner and sentiment also come from the Home Life bundle. I finished the card off with sequins from the Iridescent Sequin Assortment.
For my second card, I wanted to show you how the Embossing Paste looks when you put it on black cardstock. Awesome, right?! This time I colored the paste with Berry Burst ink, just one drop. I used the giant medallion mask from the Pattern Party masks this time. I absolutely LOVE that you can get this bright color on a black background with so little effort!
The medallion matches the dies from the Eastern Medallions thinlits perfectly! I cut the Whisper White medallion using the thinlits to contrast with the black and Berry Burst background and cut out the outer edge of the medallion with one of the Layering Circles framelits. I finished the card off with the sentiment and silver and white sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment.
I stamped the inside with a flower from Eastern Beauty, triple stamped in Berry Burst.
Isn’t Embossing Paste a blast? There are so many gorgeous and fun ways to use it.
Make sure to follow the blog hop all the way around! Thanks to the Stamping Sunday crew for inviting me along!
I am taking signups for my Paper, Ribbon, and Embellishments shares right now. Check out the details here (including the Stampin’ Up! videos that show all of the paper).
