Welcome to the Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop! We are a small group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators around the world who love to share our creativity with others. You’re currently visiting Sarah Fleming in the USA.
This month’s theme is “Love Me Tender”, so I made a 12″x12″ scrapbook page of my sweetie and me.
I used Powder Pink cardstock for my base, because I wanted to use the Petal Passion Memories & More Card Pack in my layout. The big piece of designer series paper is from the Petal Passion paper. All of the other papers are from the Memories & More Card Pack.
These flowers are a sticker from the Card Pack. I colored them using a Blender Pen and Powder Pink and Lemon-Lime Twist ink. The hearts are also stickers from the Card Pack. I heat embossed (in Silver) “celebrate the good stuff” from the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set and punched it out with the Pretty Label Punch.
The die cut “memories” is from the Card Pack also, and the washi tape is from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit.
The numbers here are also from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit.
I finished off the page with clear shapes from the Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes.
I hope you enjoyed my layout today! Make sure you follow the hop all the way back to me so you can see everyone else’s projects. The designers on this team are so talented — you won’t want to miss any of the blogs!

Good morning! Hopefully I’m still sleeping when this post goes live. If not, hopefully I’m on my way back to bed. Today I get to show you a darling scrapbook layout I made with the Myths & Magic suite of products along with the Sunshine & Rainbows bundle. Myths & Magic is my favorite, and Sunshine & Rainbows is definitely in my top 5. Especially now that I’ve used it.
*The 12″x12″ cardstock is from the Painted With Love cardstock assortment. I was so happy to be able to get Melon Mambo 12″x12″ cardstock again. The cloud paper is from the Myths & Magic paper, and the starry paper is from the Sale-A-Bration paper, Bubbles & Fizz (FREE with a $50 purchase).
*For the clouds along the bottom, I used the Rainbow Builder framelits — there are some big cloud edgelits that come in the set. I used Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and Whisper White 12″x12″ paper for the clouds. To get the white cloud layer to stick to the bottom glimmer paper layer, I used the Fine Tip Glue Pen. You have to hold it on there and wait a while for it to dry, but it will stay stuck.
*The name/date tabs on the photos are punched with the Circle Tab Punch.
*I’m totally gaga over this fat unicorn! She’s from Magical Day. I stamped her in Rich Razzleberry, then colored her in with Rich Razzleberry (Light and Dark) and Pink Pirouette (Light and Dark) Stampin’ Blends. Plus Bermuda Bay (Light/Dark) Stampin’ Blends on the horn.
*The Rainbow Builder framelits make the rainbow SO easy! There are 7 sizes, and they nest perfectly for a ROYGBIV rainbow. I did my rainbow in Melon Mambo, Peekaboo Peach, Daffodil Delight, Lemon-Lime Twist, Bermuda Bay, Sweet Sugarplum, and Rich Razzleberry. I cut all of the pieces, then glued them down to the largest circle from the Layering Circles framelits. I chopped off the excess circle, then cut the half-circle off in the center of the rainbow. When you do it this way, you can move the rainbow around to your heart’s content until you decide exactly where you want it. That’s Wink of Stella all over the rainbow and the unicorn’s hair.
*The title is from Magical Day, and after I cut it out with the die from the framelits, I stamped “you are” again, then snipped it out and popped it up on Mini Dimensionals. I cut a second banner out of Lemon-Lime Twist, snipped it apart in the middle, and glued it to the top and bottom of the back of the title.
*You could easily convert this title section to a card. In fact, I’m sure I will!
The tiny sun is from Sunshine & Rainbows, and the sunburst behind it, stamped in Melon Mambo, is from the Sale-A-Bration stamp set Amazing You (FREE with $50 purchase!). It adds a little texture and a little fun.
As you do.

Good morning! Today’s project is a 2-page scrapbook layout (click picture to embiggen). I was looking through my Christmas Around the World paper over the weekend, and when I saw this sheet with all the Christmas goodies, I was inspired to finally scrapbook some photos from last year when we made gingerbread houses.
The gingerbread house and gum drops are from the Sweet Home stamp set and the Home Sweet Home thinlits. The heart and star are from the Trim Your Stocking thinlits. The font that I used for the title is, sadly, retired. I stamped it on Whisper White, then punched out each letter with the Pretty Label punch, then snipped off the decorative sides. Under the bottom edge of the title, you can see a strip of Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape. It is sooooo pretty in person.
The gingerbread cookies are from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set, punched with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, and the journaling card is from the Color Theory Card Pack. The ribbon on both pages is Real Red 1/8″ Solid Ribbon.
Everything I used on my layout can be found in my online Stampin’ Up! store. Make sure to use the November Host Code (below) if your order is below $150, and I’ll send you extra goodies! If your order is over $150, make sure to claim your Stampin’ Rewards when you check out.
My first love in papercrafting is actually scrapbooking. I love to make cards, too, but scrapbooking is why I got into this whole world in the first place. It’s still my favorite. This is a two-page layout (inspiration from Lyssa Zwolanek, seen here). I had a lot of fun making the eight different presents. I did use a few retired embellishments in this layout.
This is the left page. I absolutely love the Be Merry paper and the sentiment “Tidings of Comfort and Joy” from the Christmas Pines stamp set. This is one of the packs of paper included in the Designer Series Paper Sale. “Merry Wishes” is from the Oh What Fun stamp set. The little holly leaves and berries are from Holly Berry Happiness, which has a matching punch. In this case, you punch first, then stamp, because it’s a builder punch, so it’s easier to punch first. There are some tricks to help you stamp first, but when I’m just stamping one or two, I do it this way with builder punches. That tiny tag on the far left present is one of the Corrugated Elements.
This is the right page. The Cherry Cobbler 1/4″ Double-Stitched Ribbon makes a fun gift bow. The bow on the second present is from Holly Berry Happiness. The little knit Christmas tree on the third present is from the Smitten Mittens bundle. The last gift has a tag from the new Labels to Love stamp set, punched with The Everyday Label punch.
Most of the items I used in my layout can be found in my online Stampin’ Up! store (linked supply list is at the end of this post). Make sure to use the October Host Code (below), and I’ll send you extra goodies!
