Hello! Thanks for stopping by my blog today. We are being highlighted by Kylie Bertucci, and you can VOTE for my project. The top ten winners will get to be part of an international blog hop in September, so please do go vote for me.
This month’s theme for the International Blog Highlight is Sympathy. I have a hard time with sympathy cards, but I had a vision for this card and was really glad that it came out better than what I had in my head. Friday is rumored to be the first day of fall, though it won’t actually feel like it for a couple more months (the forecast says 91 on Friday), so I went with a fall theme for my card.
I wanted to use the Colorful Seasons bundle and bold colors with the Watercolor Emboss Resist technique. I chose Chocolate Chip, Soft Sky, Tangerine Tango, Peekaboo Peach, and Old Olive. Plus a dash of Copper Foil. I love, love, love how it turned out.
Here is the inside.
In my Facebook Live video this morning, I demonstrated how to make this card. Here’s the video.
Thanks for visiting my blog today; I hope you like my card. Make sure you head over to Kylie’s blog to vote for my card and check out the other amazing projects in the gallery. I would love to be chosen to do the next international blog hop!
You can find all the products I used to make the card in my online Stampin’ Up! store.
